Ayurveda is the oldest and most developed life science of natural healing in the world. 

Life is the outcome of the union of 
body (Sharir), sense organs (Indriya), Psyche (Mana) and Soul (Atma).
 
Ayurveda is not merely a system of healing, but an entire way of life that aims to bring about the perfect balance of the entire personality - body, mind and spirit.

Ayurveda is based on theory of tridosha of the three Biological forces - Vata, Pitta and Kapha. 
Disease arises when there is an imbalance among the three Doshas, and the aim of the therapy is to bring about the required equilibrium.



At Mindfully Well Center, we provide the following Ayurvedic modalities to return you to a healthy balance:

Shirodhara: Calming & soothing continuous flow of warm herbal oil over the forehead. 

Nasyam: Purifying application of oils to the nostrils.
Reiki & Energy Work: Connecting the “Spirit Within” to the Mind and Body.
Mindfully Well Yoga: designed to facilitate healing & strengthening during your Panchakarma experience.
Mindful Dining: cleansing & nourshing organic foods based on your Dosha. (mind-body type)
Meditation & Prana Yama: designed to fit the stages of your Panchakarma experience.

Ayurvedic Cooking
Wise Earth Ayurveda Nutrition as developed by Maya Tiwari
 
This series of classes focus on practical Healthy Meal Planning & Cooking Demonstrations.

Offered monthly, each class will include lessons, recipes and hands on experience preparing foods based on individual mind-body type (Doshas).

Mindful Eating & Awareness Lessons 
The MEAL Plan

The MEAL Plan is a weight management course and support group based on the principles of Mindfulness and Group Support. Members engage in various activites aimed and learning about their Mind-Body type and mindful lifestyle choices that enhance their awareness of food choices and healthy lifestyle practices to support their journey to health.
       
Thursday afternoons at 5:00 - 6:30PM. Call for scheduling details. March 10 - August 18, 2016.
