Heartfulness Meditation

Heartfulness is a simple and practical way to experience the heart’s unlimited resources. Whether you are seeking stress reduction and relaxation, an individual meditation practice, or a deeper connection to your inner being, we welcome you. 

Heartfulness Meditation is a simple, practical technique that you can use alongside any other form of yoga, meditation or practice. In a few minutes, you will learn how to relax and feel the lightness and joy of your true nature. 

The Heartfulness technique shows us how to gently turn our attention towards our heart and experience that inner presence for ourselves. No prior meditation experience is needed.
 
You are warmly invited to our four-part series on Heartfullness Meditation.
Date & Time: Sunday Evening, 7:00-8:00pm.

The Mindfully Well Heart

Welcome to our innovative program for healing our hearts by merging the ancient holistic wisdom of Ayurveda with highly effective stress management techniques and unleashing the power of human connection.  Starts February 18 & 19, 2017, followed by 6 weeks of Life in Balance sessions featuring therapeutic group support sessions led by Dr. Rose Mary Shaw, Psy.D. and stress management, led by our yoga teachers.

Tai Chi 

Dr. Fred Peterson (Doc Pete) & Master Dee are ofering a Tai Chi class on Tuesday nights 7:30 to 9:00P.M.

This dynamic duo offered small group sessions this summer. Back by popular demand the classes will be open to the public in an outdoors environment.
