Ayurvedic Rejuvenation Therapies

The Mindfully Well Center's services are rooted in the ancient medicine of Ayurveda. We offer numerous Ayurvedic treatments that you can try out individually or for the best effects all together.

Spa Services
Shirodhara
This ancient Ayurvedic ritual brings you into a deep state of relaxation with the slow pouring of warm oils onto the center of your forehead. This process stimulates the part of the brain known as the Pineal Gland. Among its other functions, the pineal gland plays a role in the production of serotonin and melatonin, which play an important role in emotional balance and sleep promotion.

Swedana
Swedana is a detoxifying steam bath treatment performed on a tented massage table. This relaxing treatment promotes circulation, and helps release toxins through the sweat glands.

Energy & Frequency Healing
Energy and Frequency Healing are considered by many to be an experience with the Divine. It is believed that a healing will occur on at least one of the many levels of consciousness- physical, mental, emotional or spiritual. Experience for yourself, book a Reiki or a Reconnective Healing session today!

Reflexology
Reflexology is an amazing modality which is based on the concept that the entire body is reflected on the feet and hands. By energetically stimulating certain reflex points on the hands and feet, through Zone channels, the body is brought back into balance and its own healing potential is released.

Her first pursuit in healthy living was the study of natural/herbal remedies. Having a passion for helping others in a safe & natural way, led to the successfully completion of a 2-year medical massage program at SHI school of medical massage in Lebanon, Ohio and licensure by the State of Ohio Medical Board August 1995. She enhanced her professional skills through further training in Cranial Sacral I (1995) and Reiki Master (2002), aromatherapy, meditation and spirituality.

In the fall of 1996, she was introduced to Dr. Vijay Jain, M.D., who was completing his training to become an ayurvedic physician after having his health restored from an ayurvedic treatment plan called panchakarma.

Ayurveda or "knowledge of life" was in complete alignment with Kelli's wellness philosophy and she began to study with Dr. Jain, attending ayurvedic workshops that he taught, listening to his presentations and learning the wonderful, healing therapies of panchakarma.

In 1998, she trained with Dr. Sunil Joshi in Albuquerque NM, who along with Dr. Jain, prepared her to perform the therapies of panchakarma. She worked with Dr. Jain from 1998 - 2002 learning from his vast knowledge and experience.

In 2002, Kelli opened her own wellness center where she continued to offer massage, ayurvedic therapies, classes and lectures.

In 2015, she decided to advance her studies and completed training to become a yoga teacher from Prana Yoga in La Jolla, Ca as well as ayurveda practitioner training from Dr. Jain & Dr. Shekhar through Amrit Yoga Institute. She concluded her ayurvedic clinical training by spending two weeks at the Ayugreen Ayurvedic Clinic in Kerala, India November of 2015.
