Mindful Eating Awareness Lessons (MEAL) Plan
The MEAL Plan is a weight management awareness course and support group based on the principles of Ayurveda and Mindfulness. Members engage in various activites aimed at learning and exploring various concepts such as Mind-Body Type, Food-as-Medicine, and Mindful Lifestyle Choices that enhance their awareness of daily food choices, shopping guides and food prep practices to support their wellness journey.
