Join us for this 10-session journey that delves into the ancient wisdom of Food as Medicine . Lessons cover Ayurvedic concepts of eating according to your Mind-Body type and balancing current states of imbalance. Mindful Eating Awareness Lessons (MEAL) PlanThe MEAL Plan is a weight management awareness course and support group based on the principles of Ayurveda and Mindfulness.
Members engage in various activities aimed at learning and exploring various concepts such as Mind-Body Type , Food-as-Medicine , and Mindful Lifestyle Choices that enhance their awareness of daily food choices, shopping guides and food prep practices to support their wellness journey.
Classes begin with identification of your Individual Mind-Body Type, followed by food, herbs and spice selection, pantry stocking and meal planning.
Cost : 200.00 for 10 sessions - Covers cost of food, herbs and spices.
