Mindful Eating Awareness Lessons (MEAL) PlanThe MEAL Plan is a weight management awareness course and support group based on the principles of Ayurveda and Mindfulness. Members engage in various activites aimed at learning and exploring various concepts such as Mind-Body Type , Food-as-Medicine , and Mindful Lifestyle Choices that enhance their awareness of daily food choices, shopping guides and food prep practices to support their wellness journey.

Join us for this 10-session journey that delves into the ancient  wisdom of Food as Medicine . Lessons cover Ayurvedic concepts of eating according to your Mind-Body type and balancing current states of imbalance.

Classes begin with identification of your Individual Mind-Body Type, followed by food, herbs and spice  selection, pantry stocking and meal planning.

Cost: 200.00 for 10 sessions

Covers cost of food, herbs and spices.
